I AM ECRU is dedicated to fostering an understanding while promoting racial equality. We aim to create a supportive community that advocates for social justice and allyship for people of color. Identifying as ECRU is how those of us otherwise considered "white" differentiate ourselves from those who are "white" that hold the views of and often embrace and practice racism, as well as those who refuse to recognize their inherent privilege. We are a collective of allies to people of color. This site is dedicated to those who care and dare to stand out and away. We are not white, we are ECRU.
